33 weeks...

It is with sad hearts that we ask for your prayers. Since seeing Kavannah at a fetal echo scan on Tuesday afternoon she has been pretty quiet. We came in today to check on her and discovered that she is home with the Lord. The doctor suspects that she passed on Tues night some time.

Please pray for us in our delivery and celebrating the next several days.

~to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

Maegan, I am rejoicing with you over precious Kavannah's life and grieving with you, at the same time! May the Lord hover close to you and your family as you love and grieve! I love you so much!

Jim, Maegan, Mara and Asher,

As believers we feel that tension between life on earth and the joy of heaven. I'm sure that part of you feels peace that Kavannah is with Jesus, but the other part wishes you could hold her in your arms for a little longer. Praying for that "earthly" side....

Love and Prayers,
Wendy

Words cannot express our deep feelings of sadness and joy, too, as we know little "Kavy" is dancing with the Lord.
Know we are praying constantly for you and love you all so much.

We pray that you see the sacred in your upcoming delivery. We love you and we're praying.

Undoubtedly the Lord is in the room with you as we speak holding Kavannah. We rejoice with you, we mourn with you and as always, we stand alongside you. Press on in faith, you are loved.

All of our love and thoughts are with you as they have always been. I am grateful for the gift of having such wonderful people in my family. I believe that there is a special place in heaven for our cherished angels, and that Kavanah is in great company with so many who love her, including Great Grandpa Strecker and our angel, Parker, as well.
All our love~Melinda

My heart just did a double take at seeing that Kavannah is with Jesus. I'll be praying for you as you face the upcoming weeks. I guess our care package for you is mostly moot, though I hope our thoughts for you still warm your hearts. If there's anything you need, just give me a holler!

Meagan and family - I can't find the words to express how sorry I am to hear the news. Remember to take things day by day, and if that gets to overwhelming, go hour by hour or minute by minute. I will be thinking of you.

Maegan and Jim,

While resting in the Hope of heaven, I grieve with you. My daughter lost a baby and suddenly heaven became more real and certainly something to look forward to. May you experience His strength and peace as you walk through this deep grief.

I can picture my grandchild and Kavannah praising at the throne together.

You are prayed for in MN!!

Bill

As I left Costco Tuesday afternoon, I thought of you (my good friends who introduced me to the store!) and I had the overwhelming urge to pray for Maegan and Kavannah. God's works are beautiful, and you have displayed His beauty throughout this experience. Thank you for sharing it with us. I am so sorry your time with precious Kavannah was so brief. We will continue to pray for you all as you continue to walk through this.

Love,

Julie
